The staff was excellent and flexible. The location is good and gorgeous, next to Maggie Valley for a wedding and restaurants.

Marie was a wonderful front desk person. Helpful, kind, at tentative.
Parking. For the amount of money the charge for weekend rates, you would at least think there would be enough parking. I came back late one evening and there was no where to park. Spaces were taken up by empty trailers, large trucks taking up 2 spaces and one truck and trailer parked longways across 4 spaces. There is an overflow area on an adjacent property, but it was filled with cars and trailers strewn about like litter. I inquired at the desk about where to park and his answer was he was sorry about that and he didn't control what went on during the day. I ended up parking across the street.

We had a really nice stay during our trip. The location was magnificent, at a medium distance from the Wheels Through Time Motorcycle Museum. The queen room we stayed in was tastefully decorated and the bed was very comfy.

The pillows were great and the room was updated and didn't smell bad like many other hotel rooms often do.
The pool area needs updating. The hot tub jets were pretty weak and the lighting was awful. The quality of this area does not match the rest of the hotel.

It took two days to fix broken handle on dresser.

The location was very convenient to the meetings I was there to attend.
The facility was not as clean and well appointed as I am accustoned to from Comfort Inns.

The hotel has an absolutely incredible setting near Maggie Valley. There's a cool Cafe Italiano just a short stroll away from the hotel. It is close enough to Maggie Valley and nearby chain restaurants.

IT WAS A GREAT PLACE TO STAY AND I WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY. BREAKFAST WAS THE BEST.

My modern room had a full kitchen and a sink outside the bathroom. Everything was clean. The pool area was heated. The location was particularly good, next to Maggie Valley and close to chain restaurants and a beautiful area.
